If you have been given the job to organise the day please take five minutes to read over the information below. Firstly we can offer two forms of discounts for block bookings. You will need to decide which one suits you best as once you choose a format we can't change it around.
|1. Group Organiser
Organisers have the pain of collecting everyones money, so we put this promotion together to reward you for your hard efforts.
If you buy between 10 to 19 places we will give you the following:
1 Place Refunded
1 Player Upgrade FOC
If you are buying 20 places then split the purchase into two transactions and use the promotion code twice.
Promotional codes can be found on the Event pages and on the Online Booking Page.
2. Group Player Reward
If you have a group of at least 8 players who want to play we can give you a flat discount of 5% per player.
What's cool is you can all pay online individually, so there's zero hassle in collecting everyones money.
Instructions on how to buy your places are listed below. It's a simple e-commerce routine that's 100% secure.
Sorry we don’t offer deposits. All game places have to be paid for in full and are non refundable. The reason for this is that we only accommodate small groups, therefore if we are reserving a game for you it’s likely that we won’t be able to resell the date or places again.
We can Lock-Down a date and protect it with a special access code. Only your group will be able to buy the places. Once the Lock-Down has expired any remaining game places are put on the open market for sale. All places that have been purchased by your group are secured.
We can hold a game for 7 days. Within that time if at least 50% of the places are purchased we can extend the expiry date so that any stragglers can still make it. Remember that any places that fall outside of the reservation Lock-Down period can be reserved by another group. You must do you best to buy what places you need.
How to Reserve a Game
You can call our admin office on 01327 323-042 this line is not monitored all day as we are sometimes on site working. Hours are Mon-Fri 10am to 3pm. The best way to contact us is to email or use any of the contact forms on the WF Website.
We monitor all emails and can get back to you in person usually by return.
If a Game Type is not listed
We can chop and change most games around, if there’s a Kill House or Laser Game not listed we probably can accommodate you.
We have a maximum number of places per game type, sometimes we can squeeze extra people into the game. This is normally dependent on the percentage of damages we have on our auxiliary equipment. Check with the WF Admin office for guidance.
When you have contacted us we will issue you with a Access Code and Discount Code (If qualified). You will then need to buy your places either in bulk or as required. This information will help you to buy your places online. If you require any help please feel free to contact us.

If you have opted for the Group Player Reward Discount use this guide to buy your place online.
Step 1: Register
Locate the Sign Up tab on the WarFighters Home page.
You will only have to sign up once, after that you will have a customer account with WarFighters.
You will then see a screen requesting personal information.
Step 2: Locate Your Game Date
On the Home Page select Game Dates & Booking from the top menu, second tab from the left. From the drop down menu select the game type that you are attending.
Find the date that your group is attending on the calendar. It should have a Reserved notice in the Places Available column. Click on the Buy button.
Step 3: Entering the Access Code
You will be greeted with an invitation to enter your access code. All reserved games are locked-out to prevent anyone buying what could be your place. Enter the Access Code that your group organiser has been issued in the Enter the Access Code field. Hit the submit button.
Step 4: Allocating Your Place
You will then see the events sales screen. Check the following information is correct before proceeding:
Step 5: Checkout and Discount Code Entry
You are nearly finished. Check that the information is correct. If your group was given a promotional or discount code you will need to enter it now. Type the code into the Got a Warfighters voucher or promotional code? field. If the code is valid the screen will refresh and you will see the discounted price.
Click the Proceed to Checkout button
You may be promoted to re-enter your password from Step 1. Do so, and the screen will direct you to the Sales Order Screen.
There are now 5 steps
If you are not buying any stock items from our tactical store select the I will collect my goods from you button. There is a text box located at the bottom of the page where you can enter any additional information. Hit Continue.
2- Delivery Details
This is included with step 1 if the address is the same as you registered
3- Payment Method
Credit Card is our default. Sorry we don’t do Paypal or Amex. Cheques are only accepted with prior agreement.
4 Confirm Details and Pay
Displays a order confirmation screen. This information is ready to submit the SAGE PAY Streamline our online and secure Credit Card agent. If you bank operates a 3D Secure scheme you will be asked to enter some additional security information.
5- Order Complete
Your order is complete. You will be sent an Order Confirmation email to the email address you registered with in Step1. You can also find a copy of this information by logging into your account settings. Just click the very first tab on the top menu of the Home Page, it should providing you have logged in show your name or forum tag. Select the Your Order History link.
